You simply drive in, park, leave when you’re ready and pay later online.
Because leaving is so effortless, paying later becomes surprisingly easy to forget.
Once you’re home or busy with the rest of your day, the parking is no longer in front of you. Your attention moves on, and a payment you fully intended to make can simply slip your mind.
The easier it is to leave, the easier it is to forget to pay later.

That happened twice within our family in just a few weeks, resulting in unnecessary penalty charges.
The first happened after collecting our daughter from the airport. Everyone arrived home, unloaded the luggage, put the kettle on, caught up on the holiday and looked through photos. The intention to pay was there, but life moved on and the payment was forgotten until two days later.
Just a few weeks later, the same thing happened again. Our son dropped his fiancée at the airport before heading to work. He also intended to pay later, but only remembered four days afterwards, when another unnecessary penalty charge could no longer be avoided.
Those experiences inspired one simple question:
Did You Pay?
That question became the idea behind an app that helps people remember before a forgotten payment becomes an unnecessary penalty charge.
How It Works
Receive a Reminder
When you visit one of your chosen locations, Did You Pay? asks if you’d like a reminder.
Once you accept, Did You Pay? continues to remind you until you tell the app you’ve paid, so you don’t have to create multiple reminders yourself.
Supported Locations
Did You Pay? supports a growing range of UK locations where payment is made after you leave.
These include selected:
- Airports
- Barrier-free car parks
- Toll roads
